Our karate classes are for boys and girls ages 4 - 8. Karate is a great class for fitness. It
improves cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, strength, and
overall energy level. Karate also helps with life
skills that include discipline, self-control, patience,
confidence, and courage. The focus of a good children's
karate
class while teaching self defense movements, should include conflict resolution, personal responsibility, and
avoidance. It teaches to respect others. |

KarateBears
(ages 4-8
This 45-minute class increases strength and
flexibility in your child. It also teaches the children
traditional values such as humility, dignity, self-control,
self-confidence, and respect for oneself as well as
others. Improve your child's balance, coordination and
physical skills and promote quiet pride. This class
helps with your child's focus and concentration levels as well
as reduce stress.
