Did
your child lose their glasses?
Is your cell phone missing? We
have prescription glasses,
sunglasses, cell phones, and
more behind the customer
service desk, waiting to be
reunited with their owners. If

| We
Want Your Holiday Pictures |
We
want to create a
bulletin board
displaying all the happy
times our customers and
staff had during the
holidays. Next time
you're in the gym bring
us a picture showing
your family's holiday
spirit. Maybe a pic of
the kids opening up
their Christmas presents
from Santa, your family
building a snowman, or
whatever you feel
symbolizes your family
and the holiday spirit.
We will use them to
create a beautiful
bulletin board for
everyone to see. Make
sure you put your
family's last name on
the back of the picture
so we can easily return
it to you at a later
date. Thanks!

from last month. . .
Tip #10-
Consult your
pediatrician whenever
you are trying to help
your child lose weight,
gain weight, or when
making any significant
changes in the type of
foods your child eats.
Never diagnose your
child as too heavy or
too thin by yourself.

Patti's
Personal Post
 Play
a game with me. Close your eyes
and think of falling
asleep on January 6th,
2020. What do you want your life
to look like in 10 years? Since
we aren't capable of 20/20
hindsight (get
it...the year will be 2020)
where do you want your children
to be in 10 years? Most parents
want their children to be
healthy and happy. God
gave you kids and you have quite
a responsibility to see they
become all they can be. I
applaud you for having them in
activities like gymnastics and
dance. I read a lot about
successful people. They say if
you want to be successful, find
out what other successful
people have done and copy
that. A high majority of
successful CEOs, sports
celebrities, and TV and movie
stars all started in
sports--many of them in dance
and gymnastics. A lot of them
also had some sort of music
lessons. What you're doing for
your children is fantastic. I
have two children Joe, 32 years
old and Kelly, 30. I am so proud
of them and their friends. They
have friends from high school
and college who are
weathercasters for national ABC
shows, doctors, lawyers,
Broadway stars, Las Vegas
performers, NFL players, WNBA
players, pharmacists, teachers,
etc. The list goes on. When my
kids' friends were growing up
their parents ran around like
crazy taking them to lessons,
etc. I watched as their parents got
involved and cheered their kids
on, the more successful the kids
became. Congratulations on what
you're doing now and keep up the
good work. Good luck this year
(and this decade) and I hope on January
6, 2020 you're very happy!

Cleaning Day |
As
you can see Miss Rachael, Patti,
and Miss Kelly were busy
scrubbing mats as part of a huge all-gym
super deep cleaning along with
20 other staff members. We take
pride in the cleanliness of our
gym and know it matters to you.
We clean it twice a day, a
professional cleaning crew comes
in once a week for a deeper
clean, and the entire staff
cleans every inch of every mat,
shelf, etc. three times a year.
We care that our facility
is as spotlessly clean as can be
for your family even though we
have over 1200 families come
through here each week. We
appreciate your helping us keep
it that way, too. :-) Miss
Diane is in charge of this
massive undertaking and we
appreciate her very much! Did
you also notice our two new
drinking fountains? Encourage
your kids to have a drink on us!
