Champion School-Age Gymnastics

Ages 7 - 18

Owner Patti Komara has been asked to speak every year since 1981 at national seminars on her methods for teaching children.  Her curriculum for preschool and school age children have been made into more than three books and sold to gyms all across the U.S. and 15 foreign countries.  Children ages six and older participate on bars, beam, tumbling, trampoline, and Tumbl Trak.  There are classes for boys and girls named by age groups such as:  Jr. Gymnastics  (6 and 7 year olds) and School Age Gymnastics (8 and older) grouped as Beginners, Intermediates, Advanced, Elite and Boys Tumbling and Trampoline.  Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination.  It's the best activity for developing skills for all other sports.

Your daughter or son will learn skills on our spring rod floor,  uneven bars, balance beam, Tumbl Trak, and trampoline.  Gymnastics is an excellent activity as a preparation for all other sports.  Thousands of girls and boys have taken gymnastics at Patti's and gone on to college and professional sports.  See some action click here!

Only At All-American - The Star Achievement Awards Program for our School-Age (ages 7-12) gymnastics students.  All school-age gymnastics students that move up to the next level receive a trophy! Check it out here.
