Five Ways to get the Most Out of Gymnastics or Dance Lessons

1. Choose the best facility based on reputation with children.
2. Create a relationship with your child's teacher.  Ask how they're doing and what they should practice at home.
3. Read all important papers handed out in class.  Oftentimes it gives reasons why certain things were done in class.
4. Have your children exercise at home and safely practice what they learned in class.
5. Have your child take more than just one time a week.  Repetition is the mother of all skill.  The kids will learn twice as fast.
