2010 SWIM REGISTRATION PROCESS

     This year at Patti's All-American our 2010 swim season at The Swim Connection kicks off with a new feature - online registration.    

REGISTRATION FOR ALL NEW CUSTOMERS AND NON-MEMBERS:

     Swim registration for new customers and non-members begins on Monday, April 12th at 9:00am.  You may register online via our website or you can come into our office during regular business hours.  If you come into the office, to help expedite your registration process please download and complete a 2010 swim registration form (click here for registration form) before you arrive.       

     If you are unable to make it into our office, please download and complete a 2010 swim registration form (click here for registration form). Full tuition and the $38.00 annual registration fee (if due during the swim class) must be paid at time of registration. 

    We also accept faxed swim registrations starting on Monday, April 12th, 2010.  After completing the registration form (click here for registration form) fax it to our office at (219) 865-2389 a 24-hr fax line. Then call our office to pay your tuition including your (if due) registration fee using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, and to confirm your swim session, level and time with someone in our office. If you have any questions on what swim level your child should be enrolled into please call us or stop at the front desk and let our friendly office staff help you. Swim classes at the Swim Connection start in June. Hurry now and sign up to get your best swim session and time.

Some important reminders:

• Once registered, there is a $10.00 fee to change class times.

• Illness and a doctor's note is required for any refund whatsover.

• If you cancel less than 10 days before the class starts without a doctor's note, there is a fee of $10.00.

• If you cancel less than 7 days before the class starts without a doctor's note, there is a fee of $25.00.
