This class is designed for the most advanced level gymnast with emphasis on strength, flexibility, and conditioning. Your experienced gymnast will learn flyaways and clear hips on bars, back handsprings and front tuck dismount on beam, front tuck, and full twist on Tumbl Trak and trampoline. This level focuses on precision and execution of skills.
- Length: 2 hours
- Pre-Qualifications: Bars: back hip circle on the high bar, glide kip, peach drop, and front stride circle. Beam: Front handspring dismount, back walkover, one-handed cartwheel, barani dismount. Trampoline: Layout, barani, front tuck. Tumble Trak: Round-off back handspring back tuck & layout, front tuck, standing back tuck. Tumbling: Aerial cartwheel, twisting on floor, straight-arm back extension roll, back handspring step out, round-off back handspring back tuck, and layouts.
- Apparel: Girls must wear a leotard with no skirt attached to it and no tights with gymnastics shoes. Elastic waist banded shorts can be worn over a leotard.
